Access to the property was a breeze, easy to navigate in and out. The location is spot-on, close to great restaurants and shopping areas. The staff, especially Mella at the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. However, the check-in process wasn't smooth. We arrived early but had to wait for our villa longer than expected, and it felt a bit frustrating. A heads-up could've made that better. Despite this hiccup, the pool area was fantastic and perfect for winding down after a long day. Definitely enjoyed the stay overall, but the check-in time could use some tweaking.
